Rowan's Adoption Finalization

I am a super-behind blogger, so here are some updates from the month of November.  Rowan's adoption finalization was done on November 2nd, so he is officially Rowan Shawn Allen.  We will be getting his birth certificate and SSN in the mail soon.  We are so glad that he is officially a part of our family!
