Christmas Tag

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? either, as long as it looks really cute!
2. Real tree or Artificial? I like real ones, but we have artificial. Did I tell you that our tree is only 3.5 feet wide? Since it is 9 feet tall, it is really skinny!
3. When do you put up the tree? The Friday after Thanksgiving
4. When do you take the tree down? Probably not til January 4th! I am not home to enjoy it very long!
5. Do you like eggnog? not sure if I have ever had it.
6. Favorite gift received as a child? Hmmm....sorry to everyone that spent money on me,but my favorite gift was my Snoozy Suzy pillow doll that I have slept with for 20 years.
7. Hardest person to buy for? Definitely Dave and my Mom
8. Easiest person to buy for? Maddy and Dawson....you could wrap up a box and they would be excited!
9. Do you have a nativity scene? Yes I do. I bought it this year and it even has little scripture versus on the figurines. We have a family tradition of breaking Joseph's neck, so I hope mine can stay intact.
10. Mail or email Christmas cards? Mail. I just sent them today, despite a lot of complaining from my husband about the cost of stamps!
11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? I recall a certain pair of homemade pajama pants that had legs of different lengths.
12. Favorite Christmas Movie? The Christmas Shoes and Frosty the Snowman
13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? As soon as I see a good deal.
14. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Chex Mix (my sisters will agree), sugar cookies and hot chocolate. Now I will have to add Mom Allen's butterscotch rice krispie treats
15. Lights on the tree? Of course. They are white, although I prefer colored for the kids. Since the tree was prelit, we decorated the bunk beds with colored lights and ribbon.
16. Favorite Christmas song? O Holy Night, What Child is This, and Where are you Christmas?
17. Travel at Christmas or stay home? Stay home and then go to Ohio for Linko Christmas!
18. Can you name all of Santa's reindeer's? Of course! Who can't?
19. Angel on the tree top or a star? A star, but I often think about the toilet paper angel from my youth.....
20. Open presents on Christmas Eve or morning? Both! and Also on January 1st in ohio!
21. Most annoying thing about this time of the year? How commercialized everything is.
22. Favorite Ornament theme or color? anything with pink and green. I love my hula snowman and my shoe from my sisters. Maddy loves the new cupcake ornament from grandma.
23. Favorite for Christmas dinner? Beef tenderloin with party potatoes!
24. What do you want for Christmas this year? to make it home from Oregon since our car is being fixed!
25.My most wanted gift? A Bosch. No, just kidding. It is something I want, but not THAT much. I just want blonde hair and white teeth....not too much to ask for, right? Oh yeah, and peace, love and happiness. :)
