Smiling even though I wiped him in bowling

Asleep in the car and trying to keep Ro asleep too.
Mason turned 11 years old last week! Since he wasn't with us for his birthday, we picked him up from school the day before and spent the afternoon with him. He chose to go bowling at the Rex, play some video games, and have dinner at Craigos ( a pizza place). I think he liked having the time and attention of both of us all to himself. He loved his LT jersey (his favorite football player) and he got other cool gifts too, like a new PUMA shirt and a new soccer bag. I certainly don't like the fact that I don't have pictures of his room decorated and making a cake, but there is nothing I can do about it I guess!
Mason has been so wonderful lately, and for those of you who know how things have been with him and I, that is saying a lot. I can't even begin to tell you how much I have enjoyed him the past few weeks. He uses manners, doesn't throw fits, is very helpful. Some things I have taught him have finally rubbed off :)
We also made an AWESOME solar system project together with Dad that is made out of candy. Pictures will be posted of that soon. We also had Mason by himself for the day on Saturday to go to Pocatello for his soccer games. He won the first one 7-0 and had a goal. They lost the second game, but I swear some of the kids on that team looked like high schoolers!
