R Mountain

Saturday we took a family hike up "R" mountain. The weather was great and the trip took about 2 hours. Maddy and Dawson did really well, except for the last hill, which Dave and I carried them up! What a workout. After we got back, we went to the Splash Park for the first time this summer. It was so nice to feel the sun again! While we were hiking, Maddy kept saying, "I'm tired. I want to go." I reminded her that she did this last year, so she was tough. Her reply, "But I am so much fatter this year!" I was laughing so hard because she is such a skinny little thing! Nice try Mads!No idea how he did this! I almost died carrying just Maddy!
