Bored and Cold

Dave and I just got back from an extremely long 2 1/2 weeks in Oregon. We have great friends there and enjoy going, but it is so hard to be away from the kids for that long. Oregon gets an A+ for weather right now (50-60 degrees)! It was a rude awakening to come home when it was -4 degrees. Yikes! Here is what we have been up to since we got home.

Dawson and Maddy got to have a "late night" with us when the older two were gone. We stayed up to watch the Olympics, and by 8:40, we each had a sleeping child in our arms. These two are also AMAZING at going to bed, staying in their beds and sleeping alone in their rooms. I wish their older brother and sister would learn from them!

Maddy is a Mommy! Grandma bought her a doll named Alison and she now has quite a few accessories. She goes everywhere with us and I even have to kiss her good night. This is Maddy changing her diaper before bed. It always makes me laugh when we go to a store and she yells, "We forgot Alison." People probably think that I left one of my kids in the car!

We have also been playing a lot of Lego Rockband! It is sad to say that Mason is WAAAYYY better than me on the guitar and Dawson is catching up on the drums!
