Dave and I actually had a lot of fun this last time in Oregon. We are really beginning to like it there! We moved into our new apartment, and it is nice to be closer to town and the hospital. We walk everywhere! We had lots of fun dinners with our friends, I taught workout classes, we both worked a little bit, and we participated in the ward wood gathering activity! That was really intense! We hauled, split, and stacked wood for the ward and it ended up being 6 truck loads and one trailer full! We also got new callings in the ward there, Dave is in charge of the Duty to God with the young men, and I get to teach Relief Society and be in charge of the Achievement Days for the Primary girls! I am really excited for that calling because I love creative things! Although I don't know how to sew in any capacity, so we might be having some help from the other ladies! I love having our records there because there is a lot of opportunity to serve and we have lots of time to do it!
While we were on call for a C-section, our good friend Julie was listening through the wall to tell us if the baby had been born yet.
My mother's day card and plant! What a sweet husband.
